The murder trial of Alicia Andrews of Florida rapper Julio Foolio is now being heard in Hillsborough County Court.According to prosecutors that she helped track the rapper’s movements while the victim was celebrating his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later ambushed the rapper in a Holiday Inn parking area.Three gunmen alleged
